7. Gail Honeyman, Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine (HarperCollins Publishers)
The story follows Eleanor Oliphant, a woman who has survived life but not lived until one act of kindness threatens her carefully scheduled existence. Now she is learning to navigate the world and face the dark corners she’s avoided her entire life.
8. David Baldacci, The Fallen (Pan MacMillan)
Special Agent Amos Decker returns in The Fallen, this time he and his FBI partner Alex Jamison are drawn to the town of Baronville, Pennsylvania where mysterious events are taking place. With the body count rising Decker and Jamison begin to uncover a sinister truth.
9. Rose McGowan, Brave (HarperCollins Publishers)
Rose McGowan made waves wither whistleblowing role in the takedown of Harvey Weinstein, now read her memoir that details how she fought her way out of a cult she was born into and her life in the cult that is Hollywood.
